Aquifers derived from the crystalline basement rocks for parts of Sanga Local Government area of Kaduna State Nigeria, consists of clay, silt, sand, gravel and laterite materials which may be in various proportions. Using Cooper-Jacobs non-equilibrium graphical method, the hydraulic properties were estimated from pumping test data of 18 boreholes. Conductivity varies from 1.02x10-2m/s to 4.07x10-2m/s and transmissivity, l.14x10-1m2/s to 4.40 x 10-1m2/s. The values of specific capacity ranges between 1.03x10-1m2/s/m and 9.00x10-2m2/s/m these values indicate that the Aquifers in the area have low to moderate ground water potentials. The low yield range of between 0.45 l/s and 1.0 l/s recorded in the area shows the heterogeneous and anisotropy nature of the basement aquifer system in terms of groundwater discharge. On the average the boreholes assessed has potentials to sustain local to regional supply provided the best drilling method and materials are use and well completion properly done.

It is well known that the operations with fuzzy sets are based on calculations with the values of membership functions or the membership degree of the elements. In this paper, a new operation with fuzzy sets is discovered and contributed, named mixture of fuzzy sets, which operates not only with the above values, but it is mostly based on the mixture of elements of several fuzzy sets. Through two examples for Management, one relating to the diagnosis of work competencies and another concerning the prospective of local development, the application of the theoretical contribution made is shown, concluding its usefulness to the role of science in practice.

In recent times lot has been debated about the importance of the regional trade agreements and it has been seen that in some case, such as NAFTA and ASEAN, the share of intra regional trade is as high as 40%. This bring forwards whether the regional integration in South Asia (SAARC) is equally important when compared with the other group or not. The preliminary investigation shows that the share of intra regional trade in total trade of the SAARC countries is quite low and it had not change in the last 15years. This has raised the issue of why the intra regional trade among SAARC countries has not increased, is it due to the political factors or the economic factors that are hurdle in the trade. Secondly coming to regional orientation of trade in case of SAARC \nThis paper tries to find out the extent of intra regional trade in South Asia and comparing it with Association of South East Asian Nations (ASEAN) and North America Free Trade Area (NAFTA). Secondly finding out the share the of the member countries in SAARC exports to the world and SAARC itself. Thirdly gravity model of trade has been applied to find out the impact of gross domestic product (GDP) and distance on the exports for NAFTA and SAARC. Finally comparing the Regional Orientation Index (ROI) with Revealed Comparative Advantage(RCA) there seems no relation between ROI and RCA except for few commodities in which the SAARC has higher ROI and at the same time has RCA greater than one

Socio-cognitive modeling of Integrated Software Engineering using the TOGA meta-theory has been discussed. \n\nIn this paper, more detailed aspects of the cognitive decision-making and its possible human errors and organizational vulnerability are presented. The formal TOGA-based network model for cognitive decision-making enables to indicate and analyze nodes and arcs in which Software developers and managers errors may appear.\n\nAs the nature of human errors depends on the specific properties of the decision-maker and the decisional context of IT project processes, a classification of decision-making using is suggested. Edoxaban is an orally active direct factor Xa inhibitor. The aim of the present study was to develop a stability indicating HPLC method for the quantification of edoxaban in bulk and in tablet dosage form. Edoxaban was separated on Hypersil BDS C18 column (250 x 4.6 mm, i.d. 5µm) using 0.1M K2HPO4: Methanol (65:35, v/v) as an isocratic mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. Detection was performed using photodiode array detector set at 245 nm. Edoxaban was eluted at 3.785 min with a total run time of 6 min. The calibration curve was found to be linear over the concentration range of 5–200 μg/ml. Limit of detection and limit of quantification for edoxaban are 0.209 µg/ml and 0.698 µg/ml, respectively. The intra- and inter-day precision values were ≤0.710% and the accuracy ranged from 999.824-100.720%. Besides, all the validation results were within acceptability criteria of general assay. The stability indicating nature of the method was established by subjecting the edoxaban to stress conditions such as acid and base hydrolyses, oxidative, photo- and thermal degradations. The degraded products formed in all stress conditions were resolved successfully from the edoxaban. The developed and validated method was successfully applied for the determination of edoxaban in commercial tablet dosage form.

This research aims to know and test whether there is influence of transformational leadership, stress, organizational commitment and motivation of the employees working in PT. Satriagraha perfect, Krian areas-Sidoarjo.\nThe research method used is the quantitative approach. Sampling techniques using Sample Random Sampling. Data collection techniques used by using a questionnaire. And data analysis is done using Multiple Linear regression test with the help of SPSS Statistical Program version 21.0.\nThe results of the research there is a simultaneous influence between transformational leadership, work stress, organizational commitment and motivation of working against the value of F is equal to 889,782 and the value of sig. 0.000. While testing partially showed that each of the variable effect on the motivation of transformational leadership t calculate with a value of $ 2,587 sig. 0,011; work stress of-0,2920 sig. 0,004; and organizational commitment of GIS 12,329.0.000. The overall analysis it was concluded that the dominant organizational commitment affect variables of motivation.
