Mohammad Taqi Shorideh (Fasih-ul-Mulk) (1345-1274 AH.) is among noted contemporary poets of Shiraz. There is a sort of critical literature in his poem book that is a total of about 14,000 verses including odes, sonnets, lyrics and so forth. \nHis poetic language is lofty on satire and humor with parody and satire species and occasionally vulgar and harsh and blunt. Critical literature in its many forms, satire, parody and humor in the lyrics by Shirazi is so magnificent that such masterpieces can be seen in Abid Zakani, Yaqma Jandaghi and Syed Ashraf-ud-Din Qazvin (Nasim Shomal). But Shorideh criticism is different from others and inevitably used them to keep him safe of the bother beings in personal life. He is against poverty, misery, ignorance, corruption and ethnic bias in its gripping the Qajar era, as well.This article tries to find Shorideh critical perspectives of the social classes through analyzing his poems and show the poet\'s thinking about social issues by classifying findings as much as possible.

Abstract : I want to generalize the Bessel equations in spinor geometry. When Dirac and Laplace began their investigations of mathematical physics, this in a major way a research in differential equations. The Dirac operator was dominant and the necessity to find many solutions of Bessel equations led to the method of separation of variables and the technical calcul in Clifford algebra. Their solutions are the spinor (resp Clifford) fields whose these components depend of Bessel ordinary functions, after that I generalize the equation in the sense of distribution, their solutions are the spinor (resp Clifford) Bessel distributions with compact support.\nI use the method of separation of variables and the technical calcul in Clifford algebra.

Arizona public colleges face many challenges including increasing competition from online programs, changing demographics with an influx of Hispanic people, decreasing student retention rates, decreases in funding, and increasing demands for higher education. The problem is a low level of job satisfaction of Hispanic faculty in multicultural colleges as shown in recent studies. Literature suggests that increasing faculty job satisfaction may help the organization improve performance. The academic college dean’s leadership style correlates with faculty job satisfaction. This study examined the relationship between deans’ transactional and transformational leadership qualities and overall job satisfaction of the faculty who serve under them. The purpose was to examine the relationship between perceived dean leadership behaviors and faculty job satisfaction. Correlation and hierarchical multiple regression analyses were used to examine the relationship between eight academic leadership attributes and faculty overall job satisfaction. One hundred twenty-two faculty members from two public colleges in Arizona evaluated their immediate academic deans’ transactional and transformational leadership behaviors and gave a self-rating of overall job satisfaction. The Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ-5X) was used to measure the leadership attributes while overall job satisfaction was measured using a multidimensional job satisfaction scale to establish quantifiable variables for statistical analysis. Seven of the eight leadership attributes had a statistically significant relationship with job satisfaction except for active management by exception. In addition, effect sizes were medium to large. A multiple regression analysis supplemented the bivariate correlation analyses and showed that combined leadership attributes had a strong relationship with job satisfaction with the overall effect size being large in magnitude. This study may encourage the use of all transformational leadership traits and the transactional leadership trait, contingent rewards, to improve job satisfaction. Leaders may avoid the transactional leadership traits, passive management by exception and active management by exception, due to their negative relationship with job satisfaction. Additional research, perhaps a qualitative study, could investigate the cause of each relationship found in this study. Researchers could survey other industries and geographical areas, such as a manufacturing industry or higher education in the northeast, to provide a comparison.

PbO was explored as a highly efficient, simple, cheap, and recyclable catalyst for the fast synthesis of 1H-pyrazolo[1,2-b]phthalazine-5,10-dione derivatives via a one-pot three-component reaction of phthalhydrazide, aromatic aldehyde, and malononitrile under solvent free conditions at 80 °C. Furthermore, nanosized PbO particles wre prepared by the two conventional methods of planetary ball milling and dispersion of commercial PbO in n-octane and their catalytic performances were compared with the commercial bulk PbO. The prepared nano-PbO via ball milling was characterized by SEM, XRD, EDX, and FT-IR spectroscopy. The present protocol conveyed major dominations such as the use of an inexpensive and readily available catalyst, easy workup and purification of products by non-chromatographic method, low reaction times, and improved yields under relatively environmental benign conditions. The non-toxic catalyst was conveniently recyclable and could be reused for several times without loss of activity.
