In rrural open areas/rural residential premises, a total of 75 adult males, 126 adult females and 9youngones with an average of 6.16±0.78, 10.50±0.80 and 0.75±0.53 respectively were recorded from January, 2010 to December, 2010 and 60 adult males, 158 adult females and 14youngones with an average of 5.00±0.36, 13.16±0.44 and 1.66±0.56 respectively were recorded from January, 2011 to December, 2011. Similarly, in ware houses/rice sellers/godowns (WH/RS/G), a total of 4 adult males and13 adult females with an average of 0.33±0.18 and 1.08±0.33 respectively were recorded from January, 2010 to December, 2010 while 5 adult males, 12 adult females and 3 youngones with an average of 0.41±0.19, 1.00±0.30 and 0.25±0.25 respectively were recorded from January, 2011 to December, 2011. Also in selected agricultural areas (AA), only 5 adult males and 10 adult females with an average of 0.45±0.20 and 0.83±0.38 respectively were recorded from January, 2010 to December, 2010 while 3 adult males and 10adult females with an average of 0.25±0.25 and 0.83±0.36 respectively were recorded from January, 2011 to December, 2011.

User profile has contributed to customize user access and adjust applications to its needs. In this respect, the problem of automatically building user profiles is an important research area. Nevertheless, the standardizing of these profiles in terms of representation and acquisition schemes, specially in the case of large scale systems like Peer-to-Peer systems (P2P) is a complex task.\nThis type of systems claims to be strictly distributed and no centralized structure is used to gather information about network peers. Each peer blindly contributes within the system to any task. To satisfy the user information needs and customize his applications responses, his associated profile can be considered. To overcome the limits of existing user profile models, we propose a user model based on his historical search topics without the need of any external knowledge resource. This model learns from past interests to guess correlations between user requests, associated topics, retained documents and nodes (i.e peers) to enhance any information retrieval process.\nThe solution is a distributed user model based on an extension of formal concept analysis which cluster past interactions into multidimensional concepts according to their common features like topics, associated documents and nodes. The main objective of this model is to achieve better results in a non-supervised tasks through the incorporation of usage data obtained from past search queries. We also study, the integration of the proposed model in information retrieval’s query routing and examine results aggregation for large scale distributed systems.

The aim of this paper is to examine the changes on food consumption patterns of households, following an economic crisis and recession. This paper identifies objective and subjective factors influencing consumers to purchase, or not, traditional and localized food. Furthermore, there is an assessment of the impact of environmental and social criteria for food selection, like locality of production, healthy nutrition habits, etc. Quite enlightening is the research on the spatial basis. The results of this approach signify the different consumption trends dominating the urban, semi-urban, and rural areas. There are also some implications for marketing and public policy makers to further strengthen consumption of traditional and locally produced foodstuffs, such as promotion of their nutritional characteristics, support of local economies, encouragement for adoption of healthy eating by children, as well as enjoyment of cooking.

Systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) is a lifelong disease whose diagnosis, therapy, and monitoring require observation of various medical parameters and relations between them that serve as indicators of a shift in the course of the disease or significant health changes that require medical attention, reaction or further examination. Many of these relations can be represented as formulas of propositional logic in which propositional letters correspond to the observed medical parameters. It can be detected if some health condition or a significant change appears in a patient by calculating the truth value of the corresponding logic formula. If the formula is true, then the health change indicated by the formula is said to be present. In classical logic, there are only two truth values, (absolute) true and (absolute) false. However, many linguistic terms used in medical propositions are intrinsically not completely rigor (e.g. high sedimentation rate, elevated heart rate, very low thrombocyte count). Instead of imposing artificial strictness and black-and-white approach, it is necessary to allow more flexibility and support for intermediary (fuzzy) truth values. We present such an approach, based on probability measures, for automated detection of health changes that are representable as propositional formulas, and discuss how this approach relates to the family of fuzzy logics.

In this research, the CuxFe3-xO4 (0.75≤x≤1.25) nano-crystalline spinel powders were prepared by an optimized glycine–nitrate process (GNP) followed by calcination. The optimum CuxFe3-xO4 composition was then characterized to evaluate its capability for using as stainless steel interconnects coating of intermediate temperature solid oxide fuel cells (IT-SOFCs). The samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analysis (TG/DTA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), DC four-point technique, Archimedes and dilatometry methods. Employing different glycine to nitrate (G/N) ratios of 1 (fuel-deficient), 1.48 (stoichiometric) and 2 (fuel-rich) and calcining temperatures of 800 and 1000°C for preparing stoichiometric compound showed that the G/N=2 results in the formation of the desired copper ferrite single phase at both calcination temperatures. Thermal analysis and XRD data revealed that formation of CuFe2O4 from the ash containing copper and iron nitrates and glycine with a molar G/N ratio of 2 takes place in three steps. In the first step iron and copper nitrates decompose to Fe2O3 and Cu, respectively. In the second step, Cu changes to CuO and finally CuO reacts with Fe2O3 to form CuFe2O4 spinel at higher temperatures. \nThe optimized GNP process was then applied on CuxFe3-xO4 (x=0.75, 0.875, 0.9375, 1, 1.0625, 1.125 and 1.25) spinels to find the optimum x value representing a single phase product with the best conductivity. Electrical conductivity measurements using DC four-point technique in air at 650–800 °C showed that the highest electrical conductivity, among CuxFe3-xO4 spinels, belonged to stoichiometric CuFe2O4 compound (7.6 S.cm-1 at 800 °C). This was attributed to changing type of conductivity from p to n and hence enhancing the concentration of mobile electrons in the stoichiometric compound compared with non-stoichiometric ones. The results of annealing at different temperatures and durations exhibited that the resulting CuFe2O4 spinel is thermally stable and its crystallite growth behavior can be explained by the parabolic grain growth law. The activation energy of the crystallite growth was calculated as 36315 kJ.mol-1. The CTE of the sintered pelletized sample was obtained 11×10-6 °C-1 (25-800°C). Investigating chemical reactivity between CuFe2O4 spinel and selected cathodic material indicated that these materials are chemically compatible at 800 °C.

Functional dyspepsia (FD) is a chronic, heterogeneous, multifactorial functional gastrointestinal disorder that has a significant impact on quality of life and imposes a substantial economic burden on society. The Rome III Consensus has proposed the subdivision of FD into two subgroups: epigastric pain syndrome (EPS), characterized by epigastric pain and burning, and postprandial distress syndrome (PDS), characterized by postprandial fullness and early satiety. Epidemiological studies have shown that anxiety, neuroticism, somatization, and depression are more common in patients with FD than in healthy controls. Patients with functional dyspepsia have also been demonstrated to have higher anxiety and depressive scores than do non-dyspeptic individuals. There is bidirectional comorbidity between FD and psychiatric disorders, especially mood and anxiety disorders. A novel study using functional brain imaging reported impairments in the integration of gut-brain signals. In FD patients with hypersensitivity, abnormal activity in the brain appeared bilaterally in the precentral gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus, medial frontal gyrus, superior temporal gyrus, and cerebellar hemisphere and unilaterally in the left inferior temporal gyrus. In treatment, the addition of antidepressants appears to contribute to a favorable outcome.
